We are thankful to you for your Shopping from Smileyo. We hope that you had enjoyed your shopping experience at Smileyo. After purchasing any product, if you want to return the product then please follow our some simple and easy steps which are given below:

If you want to send back product to us then by using this steps you can easily return products through your account. You will have to place the return/replacement request with in five days. After receiving a product return request from you then we will send courier boy to pickup. After the Successful pickup company will immediately start the refund process. You must follow these Steps to Return/Replacement-

Step 1- To Place a request to return product online for Replacement/ Refund-

you can request to return your items with these simple steps:

a: Log in to your Smileyo Account.

b: Go to  the 'My Orders' section. 

c: Now Click the option Order Details. After selecting the Order Details, there are two options available on the screen- Your Product Tracking ID and Product Status (Return or Replace). 

Step2: To return product, click the option return. After Clicking that your Product Return Request, a  request will send to the admin.

Once done, you'll get an email and SMS confirming that your request is being processed. Based on the item, your request may be automatically approved or you may be contacted for more details. If the request is approved, the item will be picked up after which you will get a replacement or refund. You can also track the status of your return request instantly from the 'My Orders' section of your Smileyo account.

Step3: To Replace Product, Click the product Replace option. 

After clicking that Product Replace Request, a request will be send to the admin. Admin will update your previous product to your new product order. Your product Tracking will also be updated you can easily track your Replaced product with updated product Tracking ID. 

Terms and Conditions to return or Replace products:

  1. There should be a valid reason for returning or replacing any product. 
  2. If product is damaged by the customer after receiving then it will not be returnable.
  3. The Return or Replace request must be placed with in the 5 days.
  4. All the items/Products whatever you want to return should be unused or in new condition. 
  5. If we have shipped a wrong product which is not according to your desire then you can place a request to return product. 
  6. If there is any type of manufacturing defect found in product then you can return product. 
  7. During the shipment, if product got damaged then it will also returnable. 
  8. You have Only Five days (From the delivery date) to make your mind after 5 day the product will not be return. You have to claim for Return/Replace with in the 5 days as per the Smileyo Returns/Refund Policy. 
  9.  Damages, improper usage of product will not be approved for return or refund according to the Smileyo Returns or Refund Policy. 
  10.  We refund only after the successful product pickup process.
  11. The Refundable amount will send back in your account with in 5-7 business days after successful product pickup.

Resolution Timelines to Refund/Replacement:

Some products are not returnable/replaceable. Only those product items are returnable and replaceable in which there will options available for Return or Replace. There is no process available for Non-returnable or Non-replaceable product items.

Return of items will not Possible in Such Cases:

1-When an item is damaged because of use or when it is not in the same condition as you received it

2-When anything is missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies & accessories.

3-When items are tampered with or have missing serial numbers.

Bank Details Which is required for Refund of Your Pre-Paid/COD Product Orders:

If you are choosing Return and refund option against a Pre-Paid/COD order then you must provide us your NEFT Details to complete the refund process. After Requesting to return product, then we will make a call to know your NEFT Details to refund amount. You may also email us your NEFT Details in the given below format-
